A beautiful late Victorian seaside villa with Museum, Art Gallery, Shop, Cafe and Gardens. Includes Victorian and Edwardian Art, Japanese Gallery, changing exhibitions, and activities for children.
Sir Merton and Lady Russell-Cotes built this sumptuously decorated house, with its eclectic mix of styles, to display the extensive collection of objects acquired during their travels around the world.
The Art Galleries, opened in 1919, house examples of work by leading Victorian and Edwardian artists as well as special exhibitions.

Located on the East Cliff, behind the Royal Bath Hotel. Access from East Cliff Promenade leading up from Bournemouth Pier.
Additional Information
Wheelchair access. Most areas accessible, except for the upstairs galleries in the main building. Multimedia tour available in the Japanese Gallery.
Guided Tours available for groups. Please contact us to book in advance - suggested donation of £3.00 per person.
Cafe open 10am-4.30pm serving hot and cold food and drinks (last orders for hot food at 3pm)
