Music at GMC (Gillingham Methodist Church) Music

Friendly small church holding frequent concerts (Music at GMC) by local musicians or wider-known celebrity musicians.

The special concerts at Gillingham Methodist Church started in 2004 as part of our appeal to raise money for the restoration of our beloved Sweetland organ. The restoration is complete, but the concerts continue!
In 2008 we re-launched ourselves as Music at GMC. Our aim is to bring top-quality music to Gillingham and the surrounding area by inviting local musicians and wider-known celebrity musicians to come and perform at GMC. With this in mind, we extend a warm welcome to all. We hope that you will enjoy our latest concert offerings and that we will see you at some of our events.

Opening Times

Evening concerts usually begin at 7.30pm unless otherwise advised.
Sunday afternoon concerts begin at 3pm.

Costs

Ticket prices vary depending upon the performer(s). Prices range from free admission to £12 for a performance by an internationally known artist.

Directions

From the bypass (Le Neuborg Way) heading North take a right turn into Turners Lane. Follow the road around to the right, and after passing the Parish Church on the right, the road takes a sharp turn to the left, becoming High St.
The church is about 100m on the left hand side after a small car park.

Concerts usually include refreshments.
