Music at Plush is a contemporary and classical music festival featuring world-class musicians in a magical setting.

Music at Plush festival returns with an outstanding season of chamber music, solo recitals and modern jazz. From June to September join us for traditional and contemporary classical music in a stunning Dorset setting.

Situated in the Piddle Valley near Dorchester, Plush is one of Dorset's most charming villages, also home to the famous Brace of Pheasants pub and guesthouse.

Concerts take place in the former St. John the Baptist church and feature world-class musicians drawn to Plush by the friendly atmosphere and progressive programming. This year we also invite you to new, FREE Pre-concert talks and Open-rehearsals.

Over the years the festival has gained a passionate following. Join us for that rare experience: quality musicians in an intimate venue.

Additional Information

The concerts take place every summer in the chapel next to Plush Manor, the home of Alfred Brendel - festival Patron. Music at Plush is family run with Music Director Adrian Brendel. The administration is based in London.
